We provide Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the customer’s IT infrastructure. Our team consist of professionals who are experts in maintaining, configuring and servicing Desktops, Laptops, Smart Devices, Servers & Infrastructure related equipment’s like Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Access Points, Printers, Plotters, Scanners, MFPs, CCTV, IP Cameras, NAS, SAN, Backup Devices &UPS. Our Team performs periodic maintenance of AMC client’s infrastructure. In addition to this, customers can register support calls any time through our online ticketing system (OTS) or by a call to our Service Centre. Calls will be attended within the stipulated time frame mentioned in the contract and the client will be notified about each ticket’s status through OTS. Customers are provided with an option to rate each support calls at the time of closing ticket, thereby ensuring the quality of Service.
